Yapmanız gereken işlemleri aşağıdan takip edebilirsiniz.

Telefonu kapalı konuma getirin ses açma + home ve güç düğmesine aynı anda basın.
Telefon recovery moda girecektir

Wipe factory reset ve user wipe data’yı uygulatarak cihazınızı sıfırlamış olursunuz.
Son olarakda reboot system now diyerek cihazınız açılacaktır.
